Be sure to consider enrolling in the UHC Choice Plus High Deductible plan. It features a Health Savings Account (HSA) that allows you to pay less in taxes today, while you set aside money for eligible expenses. Plus, you’ll get free money from Autodesk each pay period.

Believe it or not, the next few decades are going to whiz by. That’s why it’s never too early to start setting aside money for your future. Lucky for you, we offer three great vehicles to help: the 401(k) plan, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and the Health Savings Account (HSA).

You’re automatically enrolled in the 401(k) at a 6% contribution rate—how convenient is that? What’s even better is that you’ll receive $4,500 in matching money from Autodesk if you put at least $6,000 into your 401(k) in 2024. You can enroll in the ESPP in March or September, and save at least 15% on Autodesk stock. If you’re enrolled in the UHC Choice Plus High Deductible plan, you can use your HSA as a savings tool, since you’re able to set aside money—tax-free—for current health care expenses or future needs.
