Enroll each year

Eligible employees may enroll within 30 days of being notified of eligibility or during the annual open enrollment period in November/December of each year. Participation elections are made separately each year. Enrollment is irrevocable for the plan year, so please review the documentation carefully before you make an enrollment decision.
