Whether you’re enrolled in UnitedHealthcare (UHC) or Kaiser, you and your covered dependents have access to medical professionals who can provide support by:

  • Helping connect you to medical specialists with expertise in gender dysphoria and gender-affirming care
  • Engaging appropriate clinical resources and assisting with claims, referrals, and authorizations
  • Helping you understand the prerequisites and coverage if you’re thinking about or planning to have gender-affirmation surgery
